Moe Joe and Slow Hand Mark loved Santana/Winwood at Jones Beach. David and Moe Joe loved Further at the Mann Center in Philly.

Moe Joe and Slowhand Mark caught the Santana/Winwood concert last Sunday night at Jones Beach. David and Moe Joe went to the Further show in Philly the Sunday before. Here’s what they had to say:
“A totally incredible show”, said Moe Joe. “Winwood was awesome. He played most of his classics then did a Marvin Gaye tune with Carlos. He sounds better than ever and played a really mean lead guitar. Santana was just amazing. Didn’t expect him to play the old classics but he did including Jingo, Oye Como Va, Black Magic Woman and Evil Ways, but he totally blew me away with his cover of Cream’s Sunshine of Your Love”
“Loved the Van Halen and Cream covers”, said Mark. However, I hated the Carlos rap of peace, love and happiness. Also love the venue, right on the water.”
