The “Seagull” Fly’s

January 21, 2008

Howard “Bass” Siegel returned from Florida Friday January 11th for a reunion session. It was Howard’s first visit since last May. It was a great time for all and lots of fun. Howard brought his friend Mark from Englewood New Jersey, and the band was joined by JJ, Wendy May and Peter Kaye. Howard’s old favorite, China Grove, brought down the house and Stevie took it up a level with Rock and Roll Hoochie Koo. The Vak mowed ’em down with Born on the Bayou and Uncle Dicky got everyone rocking with Honky Tonk Women, Cripple Creek/Franklin’s Tower, and Johnny B. Goode. Pete did the job on Comfortably Numb. A great time was had by all even after watching Quentin Tarantino’s “From Dusk till Dawn” after the session.
